Have you experienced a loss so intense that it seems no one around you understands, leaving you feeling alone and depressed?

The emotional effects following a loss can be unpredictable. It is not uncommon to feel anxious, depressed, and/or alone as you begin to pick up the pieces. I will help you to overcome these negative emotions, and provide you with tools and strategies to positively cope with these feelings in your day-to-day life.

Have you lost someone you care for to an illness? Have you experienced a sudden, unexpected death of someone you love?

Undoubtedly, grief is a challenging process that requires much patience and persistence. I will provide you with guidance to draw on your own strengths during this challenging time. Together, we will work to manage and control the emotional pain that comes with the loss of a loved one.
