With their permission, here are some experiences of former clients…

I enjoyed working with Lauren. I was a little intimidated because I didn’t know her before the session, but she created a calm, comfortable environment. She led the group very well.

Lauren is very knowledgeable and has a very calm, inviting demeanor. I really loved working with her and would love to work with her again.

I really enjoyed this group experience and Lauren made it a comfortable and encouraging space to share (or not share) with everyone else. She allowed our group to veer off at times to talk through our thoughts (vs. being rigid in format), which I thought was very considerate and allowed participants to help shape the experience. Lauren was really wonderful at digging deeper into something a participant shared to help them think further on it. I learned a lot and felt like the group helped to build a foundation for further growth. Thank you Lauren for bringing this to CCC! I hope to see more in the future!
