Heather Kranz, Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Do you feel disconnected, frustrated, or in frequent conflict with your spouse or partner?

I have extensive training in helping couples move beyond their struggles and reach a place of mutual respect and understanding. I believe transformation as individuals and in relationships begins with the discernment of ourselves. My desire is to help individuals and couples on a journey of self-discovery, gratitude, compassion, and spiritual wellbeing.

Are you feeling worried or down about recent changes in your life?

My goal is to help you gain insight and awareness through connecting past experiences with how you view the world today. Gaining an understanding of such connections can provide a deeper personal understanding to help you to prevail in life’s challenges.

Is anxiety keeping you from fully engaging with life?

Sometimes difficult life experiences hold us back from experiencing life to the fullest. Therapy offers a warm and safe environment to process their purpose and meaning in our lives.

I graduated from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium in Palo Alto, CA where I gained extensive training in various therapeutic techniques.  My approach to therapy combines elements of humanistic, relational, and psychodynamic theory to meet clients where they are. I pride myself on therapy that fosters connection, communication, and emotional transformation.

In addition to clients who are private-pay, I am in-network with the following insurances:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (all plans)
  • Cigna
  • Medicare
  • Tricare
  • United Healthcare

With their permission, here are some experiences of former clients…

Dr. Kranz was welcoming and easy to open up to.

Heather was super awesome and welcoming.  She listened to me talk, and gave insightful feedback when necessary.

Working with Dr Kranz has been a breath of fresh air. I’m starting to feel whole again and most importantly finally understanding myself.
