Dana Szeles, PhD, ABPP

Clinical Neuropsychologist

My Specialties:

Adult Neuropsychological Testing

Dr. Dana Szeles is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with extensive experience in the assessment of cognitive disorders/dementia and thinking changes associated with medical and neurologic illnesses in adults. Dr. Szeles completed her PhD at the University of Florida with a specialized focus in neuropsychology and furthered her training through a two-year fellowship in neuropsychology at the Medical University of South Carolina. While not required beyond licensure to practice, board certification reflects Dr. Szeles’ dedicated adherence to consensus practices in the field and demonstration of the knowledge base needed to serve a diverse patient population.

Dr. Szeles sees patients across the adult age range seeking diagnosis and support for cognitive declines and dementia, reassurance of normal aging in the setting of new concerns, understanding of reversible causes of mild cognitive struggles, and guidance in the course of progressive disease. Through her years of professional experience in outpatient service, Dr. Szeles has established the flexible clinical mindset needed to meet each individual where they are in their cognitive health journey and develop individually tailored recommendations to support both patients and their treatment teams.
