Are you struggling to figure out your life path? Are you faced with a major decision and not sure how to move forward?
It can be difficult to know how to overcome obstacles and move forward after experiencing a major life change. I will provide you with practical tools and encouragement that will help you navigate through this challenging time.
Do you find it challenging to be your most authentic self? Do you want to know how you can build and maintain more meaningful relationships?
I will help you remove barriers that block this vital closeness between you and loved ones. I will also guide you in understanding the depths of your individual personality and how your personality affects your relationships.
Have you faced a traumatic event that has left you feeling anxious, depressed, or hopeless?
After a traumatic event occurs, picking up the pieces can seem impossible. I am here to offer hope. I am trained in EMDR which is a form of psychotherapy used to alleviate distress following a traumatic event. We will work together to move forward from these adverse effects, and restore a sense of peace and control in your life.
Previous clients have described me as approachable, accepting, and collaborative. It is my passion to help clients reach their full potential, and achieve the goals they set out to accomplish. I received my masters degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel. I have spent over a decade helping others transform their lives, and I cannot wait to help you do the same.
I enjoy helping clients with:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Grief and Loss
- Major Life Changes
- Self-Esteem Issues
I am not “in-network” with any insurance companies which means you pay my full fee up front and then I will submit a claim to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Our administrative staff can check your out-of-network benefits before you start therapy to see what the coverage would be for our sessions.
