Julie McLaughlin, Practice Director
Julie’s diligence and hard work ensure we offer client’s an excellent experience in every way. With a degree in business management and a background in medical billing and administration, she oversees the overall operations for the Center.
Charles Singleton-Jackson, Operations Manager
With a degree in General Business and over ten years of hospitality and management experience, Charles’ role is to support the continued growth of the Center. His optimistic personality and strong work ethic lead him to take on special projects that support the vision of the company.
Anna Ward, Client Specialist/Customer Service Coach
Anna has over ten years of customer service experience and has a passion for helping others. She has a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration from Charleston Southern University. She enjoys working in a field that allows her to help others.
Mary Grigsby, Client Specialist
Mary’s empathetic and avid listening skills shine through as she helps clients to schedule appointments and finds the appropriate therapist. She has double Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Biblical Studies from Columbia International University. In the future, she plans to obtain her Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling.
Patricia (Trish) Maphrus, Client Specialist/Referral Coordinator
Trish’s compassion for our clients and her cheerful nature shine through when you speak with her over the phone. She has extensive experience in customer service and diligently works to ensure you are paired with the right therapist.
Sarah Elizabeth Roberts, Client Specialist
Sarah has 8+ years of customer service experience, including 3+ years in the mental health field. Her goal is to ensure our clients have the most excellent experience possible. She is inspired by therapist’s dedication and client’s determination.
Joanna Hughes, Billing Specialist
Joanna’s reliability and great organization skills are huge assets as our billing specialist. She ensures clients are billed correctly, that they know of billing policies prior to visits, and she is happy to speak with you regarding any billing question you might have.
